In this program we will dive into tools and education to assist your body in your journey towards healing. Our nervous system is responsible for all behavior, period. if all behavior is rooted in the nervous system, then all learning begins there.
When we can understand how our nervous system works and how it communicates with our brain, we feel safer and in a rest and digested state, are more present and able to course correct.
Our bodies are always working towards healing and at times we forget how much it carries us along, it's so adaptable and it goes along with whatever we decide. Having a refined and accurate sense of your nervous state is the the way to be able to create change. Without it, everything is HARDER.
And we are wired for connection! You are not meant to do this alone.

This will include:
A weekly 60 min group nervous system check in + gentle Pilates class (recording will be made available).
Monthly 1:1 tailoring to you what you need (we will discover this through our consistent check in)
Tools you can begin to use for your daily consistent practice.
Optional Add on - a 90 day nutritional gut cleanse
We will meet Saturdays at 12 pm CT!
