In this program we will dive into tools and understandings that will assist your body in your journey towards healing.. Our nervous system is responsible for all behavior, period. if all behavior is rooted in the nervous system, then all learning begins there. When the mind can understand how our nervous system works and how it communicates with our brain, our bodies can let go of tension and we feel safer and in a rest and digested state, are more present in the body.
Our bodies are always working towards healing and at times we forget how much it carries us along, it's so adaptable and it goes along with whatever we decide. Having a refined and accurate sense of your nervous state is the the way to be able to create change. Without it, everything is HARDER.

Reset & Restore isn’t about discipline or pushing yourself to do more.
It’s about slowing down enough to actually listen to what your body has been asking for.
So many wellness programs tell you what to do — move more, eat better, regulate your stress — without ever addressing the state of the nervous system that’s trying to do all of that. When your system is overloaded or stuck in survival mode, even the most supportive tools can feel hard to access or impossible to maintain.
This program starts somewhere different.
Reset & Restore works with your nervous system through the lens of the Polyvagal theory, not against it. Through mindful movement, nervous system education, and gut-supportive nutrition, we focus on helping your body feel safe enough to soften, reorganize, and heal at its own pace.
You’ll learn how stress patterns live in your body, how your nervous system responds to everyday life, and how to gently guide yourself back toward regulation in real moments: conversations, transitions, rest, and movement.
This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about restoring capacity so your body can hold more without bracing, your mind can settle without force, and change can feel sustainable instead of exhausting.

How long is the program?
Reset & Restore is a 3-month commitment designed to support real, lasting nervous system change.
Is this virtual?
Yes — the program is fully virtual, so you can join from anywhere.
What if I miss a session?
You’ll still receive tools and support to stay connected to your process as the recordings will be available to you
Can I cancel?
After completing the 3-month commitment, you may opt out with 30 days’ notice.
Do I need Pilates or nervous system experience?
No. All practices are accessible and guided.
Is this therapy?
No. This is educational, somatic, and movement-based nervous system support.
